We use Borzo and Dunzo for instant, same-day delivery within our city limits.

- Delivery Time: Within a few hours
- Availability: Monday to Saturday during business hours
- No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays
National Delivery (Other Cities)
For other cities, we use trusted courier services like DTDC, Blue Dart, and others.
- Processing Time: 1 business day
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
- Tracking: Tracking info will be shared once the order ships
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight
🔁 Returns, Replacements & Warranty
✅ 7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement policy on all products only if the item is not working due to a technical issue. To request a replacement:

- Send both a clear photo and a video showing the issue
- Product must be unused and returned in original packaging with the invoice
Note: Damaged products (physical or cosmetic damage) due to shipping or customer handling will not be replaced. A product that is not working (functional defect) is different and must be supported with video/photo proof.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Replacement Cases
- Products reported after the 7-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Incomplete returns (missing packaging or accessories)
- Cosmetic damage not affecting function
- No video/photo proof submitted
💸 Return Shipping
- If the issue is verified and approved for replacement, we will guide you through the return process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is verified as a product fault from our side
🔄 Exchanges
